In charge of the overseas sales of paper chemical products, mainly focus on Asian, European, North American and Latin American market business. Key customers include Solenis, APP, PMC, etc.1. Accomplish sales target set by the company, maintain existing customers and develop new customers. Main performances are as below:- In Y2018, sales completion rate was 115%(Take market chance to increase 10new customers)- In Y2019, while sales completion rate was95%, 1st prize of premium sales was awarded due to the good performance in European and Japanese market.- In Y2020, sales volume only dropped 3% despite of the impact of covid-19 by increasing online channel.- In Y2021, outstanding performance was awarded given to the 30% growth on sales volume and 40% market share of overseas market.-In Y2022, No.1 global market share position was remained.-In Y2023, No.1 global market share position due to good cooperation with existing customers despite of sluggish economy.2. Coordinate all the procedures of the sales and export, such as supervising clerks to make contracts and reviewing LC & other export documents, communicating with the production dept. to optimize production plans, negotiating with the logistics dept. for shipping schedules, and discussing with the QC dept. to resolve customer complaints.
3. Visit overseas customers and attend exhibitions related to papermaking chemistry so as to collect market information and seek potential customers. The markets that have been visited include India, Vietnam, South Korea, Japan and Europe. 10 new customers are developed via this way.4. Complete other tasks assigned by the superiors, such as sales data sorting and reporting, market summary and customer reception, etc.5. In addition to using the company's existing resources, 5 new end customers has been developed through personal product display on MADE-IN-CHINA and LinkedIn.6. Develop the first paper-making chemicals import business for company and successfully resell to domestic market.
